Spreading a little Christmas cheer

The party and lecture society at Science and Technology, known in Danish as TÅGEKAMMERET, will in their own charming way spread a little Christmas cheer (or, perhaps, disruption) around the campus in Aarhus.

Never one to pass up the chance to dress up and sing badly, they will celebrate the traditional Danish Saint Lucy’s Day procession on Friday 12 December at several departments and, if they are allowed in, at the Rector's Office.

The society also arranges a Christmas party to be held in the Mathematics cafeteria on Wednesday 17 December. According to rumour, it will feature a funny revue including all six (male) members of the society’s board dancing in can-can dresses...

Tickets for the Christmas party will be on sale in front of the Mathematical cafeteria from Monday 8 December between 11:00-13:00.

If you are a student at one of the fields of study covered by the party and lecture society, you must be a member of the association. Other students can also buy a ticket to the party if they purchase a guest membership for DKK 30.
