It’s Christmas again
- spend Christmas Eve with other students

Once again this year, the university chaplains at AU are inviting students to spend Christmas Eve together. The invitation applies to all students no matter what their religious or cultural background.

Not sure whether you’ll like it?

If you’re thinking of joining in but for some reason feel uncertain whether it’s the right thing for you, why not come along on Wednesday 18 December at 7 pm for a trial run? We’ll be making Christmas decorations and sweets for Christmas Eve – so it’s a good chance to get to know each other.

DKK 100

Please sign up for the main event (it costs DKK 100) no later than 12 noon on Friday 20 December by contacting information officer Allan Wein on 20 65 81 54 or at kontor@smaa.dk.

On both 18 and 24 December we’ll be meeting at Møllevangskirkens sognegård (the Møllevang Church community centre), Møllevangs Allé 49, 8210 Aarhus V.

The university chaplains are the official chaplains of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Denmark. They serve all students in Aarhus. (lobi)

Free Christmas spirit in the Old Town

Students are offered free entrance to the cosy and nostalgic spirit of Christmas in the Old Town on Monday-Thursday after 4 pm (last time Monday 23 December).

But remember to take your student card with you!

67 different Christmas and winter beers on the Unibar beer menu

This means that the bar has the biggest selection of Danish and international Christmas and winter beers in Denmark. But the bar can’t guarantee that all 67 will be in stock throughout December – and readers are reminded that the alcohol percentage in these beers is normally higher than in a standard beer. Cheers!
