"Damn, that's fast," one of this year's Regatta hosts, Mark Le Fêvre, blurted out during the final. The team in question was Apollonia from the School of Dentistry, who practically dominated their opponents.

Apollonia took home the Golden Bedpan at the 2025 Regatta — for the first time ever.

The dentists outpaced their opponents from the very start of the final and ended up with a huge lead, or "an out-of-this-world head start," as Mark Le Fêvre put it.

The comedian hosted this year's Regatta alongside fellow comic Thomas Warberg.

Apollonia could therefore celebrate for a while before Profus (VIA Campus C) finished in second place. Right behind them were the sports science students from Beerceps Maximus, followed by the engineering students from FUT, who landed in fourth place.

Tears of joy were visible among both the sailors and the audience from Apollonia, as they took home the Golden Bedpan to the School of Dentistry, breaking Umbilicus' two-year streak of victory. Umbilicus didn’t make it to the finals this year.
